As nationally recognized speakers, Nancy Crinnigan and Kathy Daniel have conducted seminars and workshops throughout the United States. For each of the past five years, they have been asked to present at the National Middle School Associaton Conference. They have also been sponsored by Champion Paper through an industry and education partnership, and have served as consultants on educational retreats. They have given the keynote address at many states' educational conferences.

Together, Nancy and Kathy saw the need for a program that uplifted, encouraged and supported educators. Six years ago, they created and co-founded POSSE, a program to do just that. Since that time, many POSSE groups have sprung up around the country.

Unlike many seminar consultants, Kathy and Nancy have not left the classroom, but continue to be full-time teachers in the public school. They are on the front line with educators who attend their workshops. They each personally know and understand the trials and tribulations of teaching in today's classroom. Through much research and personal experience, they have discovered methods, techniques, and strategies for becoming more joyful, relaxed, and positive people in both their personal and professional lives.
